Marina Advisory Committee
On May 9, 2016, the Port of Port Angeles Board of Commissioners established the Marina Advisory Committee (MAC) to obtain community and user input with regard to existing activities and future development of marinas within the Port of Port Angeles jurisdiction.
Purpose:
The MAC will advise the Port on the roles of marinas as a community asset, on environmental issues and as the Commission directs. It will maintain awareness of the Port’s purpose, authorities, and restraints and apply such knowledge in reaching any recommendations to the Port. Specific areas of recommendation shall be limited to the following, except as may otherwise be directed by the Port Commission from time to time:

- Capital improvements
- Marketing
- Strategic planning
Environmental
- Clean harbor practices
- Education
Structure:
The MAC consists of eleven members that will be appointed by the Commission for terms of three years. The current members are:

Meetings:
MAC meetings are held quarterly on the first Thursday of January, April, July and October at 10:00 AM at the Port of Port Angeles located at 338 West 1st Street Port Angeles, WA 98362. Check out the meeting dates and agendas here.
