The Port of Port Angeles is currently seeking a Capital Program Manager. The Capital Program Manager is responsible for the Port’s Capital Improvement Plan, including budgeting, capital construction, infrastructure, major maintenance involving marinas, terminal dock facilities, log yard facilities, airport, industrial rental properties, and equipment. The Capital Program Manager will oversee and coordinate a variety of projects at the Port, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with the Port’s goals. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team and collaborate with stakeholders, including governmental agencies, contractors, colleagues, and the community. The Accounting Clerk I - Payroll position is a full time, union represented (Teamsters 589) position at the Port of Port Angeles that has responsibilities in the accounting department. This position is paid at Range 15 ($27.01 - $28.35). The Accounting Clerk I must understand payroll and tax reporting. This position will be responsible for the backup of accounts receivable and accounts payable. Primary duties will include calculating payroll and benefit accruals; however, cross-training with the other accounting roles will be mandatory. The position will be scheduled for eight-hour shifts Monday through Friday. Work shifts may be adjusted to accommodate the Port or Port customer’s needs. The Port of Port Angeles is seeking individuals interested in a Full-Time Watchman/Security position. The Full-Time Watchman/Security is responsible for the security of the Port equipment and facilities during his/her shift. Shifts vary, and shift assignments can rotate.
