RFQ_WPAH Cleanup Design_2.25.2025

The Port of Port Angeles (Port), as part of the Western Port Angeles Harbor Group (WPAH Group), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms qualified and interested in providing professional consulting services in preliminary and final engineering design (civil, structural, geotechnical and environmental), regulatory support and negotiation, cost estimating, project management, permitting, bidding support and construction support for the sediment cleanup at the Western Port Angeles Harbor Site (WPAH Site). This proposed sediment cleanup includes approximately 7‐acres of intertidal excavation, 42‐acres of engineered cap, 180‐acres of enhanced monitored natural recovery and 950‐acres of monitored natural recovery. The area of cleanup is referred to as the WPAH Sediment Cleanup Unit (SCU).
