Description:

The Port of Port Angeles is interested in purchasing a used mid-size sedan in good condition. We are seeking responses from reliable car sales companies offering vehicles that meet the criteria established by the Port including a warranty. Selection criteria includes, but is not limited to the following:

Exterior color – White
Late model mid-size sedan 2011 or newer
Good Condition including but not limited to engine, body, interior, tires, etc. Minor scrapes or dents not readily visible may be determined acceptable by the Port, or be repaired prior to sale
Satisfactory vehicle history record (seller to provide Autocheck or Carfax report)
30 mpg highway or better fuel economy
Low mileage – less than 25,000 miles +/-
Availability of local authorized maintenance
Minimum 90 days or 1,000 miles, 100% labor and materials, “no questions asked” warranty – transferable Manufacturer’s warranty is also of interest
Competitive pricing – the Port at its own discretion may consult other sales in area, online vehicle estimates, or other sources – total cost of ownership is of interest – Pricing shall include all costs, taxes and vehicle registration
Readily available – the Port may conduct a test drive and/or utilize a mechanic to inspect the vehicle

The Port reserves the right to make a selection or refuse any and all offers. Any decision made to accept an offer shall be made only in the best interests of the Port.
