The Port of Port Angeles is soliciting sealed bids for the John Wayne Marina Compressor Upgrades. The bid date is scheduled for July 27, 2016 at 11:00 AM. All bids are to be received by the Port of Port Angeles 338 W. First Street, Port Angeles, WA 98362 on or before this closing date and time. There is a pre bid walk-through scheduled for July 19, 2016 at 10:00am at the project location John Wayne Marina 2577 W. Sequim Bay Road Sequim, WA 98382. The pre bid walk-through is recommended but not mandatory. The project is for the furnish and install of (1) complete heat pump and demolition of the existing. The Engineers estimate for the construction of this project is $40,000-$50,000. A 5% bid bond required. Plans and specifications can be obtained through http://www.BXWA.com.
