The Port of Port Angeles (Port) invites qualified consultants to submit their qualifications for the Terminal 3 Headline Dolphin Design & Maintenance Program (Project). Consultants must have the skills and experience in providing marine facility assessment, project management, conceptual engineering, cost estimating, scheduling, design, plan and specifications, and construction support for in-water work.
