Handling Capabilities
Deep-Water Berths
The Port of Port Angeles has three deep water berths capable of handling vessels up to 1,200 feet in length. The depth at the berths can accommodate vessels with draft of up to 35 feet. Port of Port Angeles is most well known for its handling of forest products in the form of logs and lumber, servicing mills throughout the northwest.

To support thriving commercial enterprises that utilize bulk cargo vessels, the port owns and operates four deep-water terminals (T-1, T-3, and T-7) with the ability to accommodate a wide variety of vessels from barges to supertankers.
